I refer to your DWT claim from your shares in Bank of Ireland, in order for Revenue to process the claim, we require a Euroclear Number, have you any documents from Euroclear in relation to your Bank of Ireland shares, if so could you please email/scan me copies of same, the Euroclear Number could be quoted on any documents.
