Was there a resolution here? I also see my Visa Gold card as Debitcard in PayPal. Is that related to Consorsbank/Visa or PayPal? I also cannot confirm the card in PayPal. On web it says "successful", but then immediately I have to verify again. In PayPal android app it can't pass the verification at all.
